My similarity composition |
The original similarity drawing |
Craft: We gave ourselves a 3 for craft because not all of our prints were the same size some were printed out bigger than others and we all agreed that we like the bigger prints than the smaller ones. Also some of the pictures weren’t done the same way as the others and when we did look back at our pictures we noticed some areas that shouldn’t have been in the picture and we discussed that we should’ve put down a white piece of paper under our hands to eliminate the random areas.
Negative space: We gave ourselves a 4 because some of the pictures were all the same but in the pictures that were the same we had very rich whites and blacks.
Dots: We discussed and gave our dots a 4 because all the dots had different textures and were different sizes and then in one picture the dots were painted instead of having actual objects used.
Human element: We gave a 5 because unlike most of the table groups we used our hands only instead of using the whole body.
Theme/meaning: We gave a 5 because we wanted to play with texture of the hands and the objects that we used as dots.
Group process: After discussing it we gave ourselves a 4 because we got the project done quickly and we all got along great, everyone was patient with me because I had to paint their hands and try to create straight edges with black paint. The only problem was that one person didn’t show but we overcame that obstacle and got our stuff done.
